The hair roots are harvested for both methods using the same technique. This technique is an advanced method that minimizes scars and postoperative problems. The harvesting is done by taking the hair roots one by one from your donor area using punching or drilling equipment (manual or motorized). It is an outpatient and minimally invasive surgical procedure in which the hair follicles are extracted one by one. Therefore, there is no removal of tissue or suturing.
